The Forest Gate centre is in E7, between Stratford and Manor Park. It is a quieter spot than Stratford itself, a 10 to 15 minute walk from Forest Gate station on the Elizabeth line.

What you pay

The full fee is £420. You pay £120 online when you book and the remaining £300 at the centre on your first day. The deposit is not refundable, because your place is registered and the trainer is arranged as soon as you book, but you can move to another date once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours notice.
