Finding the Stratford centre
The centre is a few minutes from Stratford station, which has the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the DLR and the Overground. Stratford has more transport than any other centre we use, with the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the DLR and the Overground all at one station, so it is the one to pick if you are travelling from further out.
On your first day at Stratford
Arrive in good time with your passport or UK driving licence, two proofs of address from the last three months and three passport size photos. SIA licence courses also need your two free ACT counter terrorism certificates, which the joining instructions explain. Bring the balance of your fee. Courses run from 9am, and every session counts towards the hours the SIA requires, so plan to be there for all of it.
