Finding the Manchester centre
Stockport Road is in Levenshulme, south east of the city centre, on the main bus routes from Piccadilly and close to Levenshulme station. The Manchester centre is on Stockport Road in Levenshulme, a few minutes by bus from Piccadilly. It runs the same qualifications as our London centres and takes bookings from across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
On your first day at Manchester
Arrive in good time with your passport or UK driving licence, two proofs of address from the last three months and three passport size photos. SIA licence courses also need your two free ACT counter terrorism certificates, which the joining instructions explain. Bring the balance of your fee. Courses run from 9am, and every session counts towards the hours the SIA requires, so plan to be there for all of it.
