SIA Door Supervisor + CCTV Course Bundle in Stratford

The SIA Door Supervisor + CCTV course bundle in Stratford is two qualifications in one booking: the six day Door Supervisor course with Emergency First Aid, followed by the three day CCTV Operator course at the same centre. Pass both and you can apply for two SIA licences.

Getting to the Stratford centre

Training is at 44 The Broadway, Stratford, London E15 1XH. The centre is a few minutes from Stratford station, which has the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the DLR and the Overground. Stratford has more transport than any other centre we use, with the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the DLR and the Overground all at one station, so it is the one to pick if you are travelling from further out.

At Stratford this course starts every Monday. There are 14 dates open to book now, listed below with the day each one starts. The course runs over 10 days (Monday to Sunday), 9am to 6pm each day. Every session counts towards the SIA's minimum hours, so plan to be there for all of it.

The fee, and how it is paid

The full fee is £560. You pay £180 online when you book and the remaining £380 at the centre on your first day. The deposit is not refundable, because your place is registered and the trainer is arranged as soon as you book, but you can move to another date once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours notice.

Who books the Door Supervisor and CCTV bundle at Stratford

Mostly people who want the widest choice of work from the start, on doors and in control rooms. You need to be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK. No security experience is needed, and the exams are taken at the centre at the end of the course.

What to bring

Bring a passport or driving licence, two proofs of address dated in the last three months, and three passport size photos. ACT Awareness and ACT Security certificates are needed too. They are free online and the joining instructions show you where.
